摘  要:以FCC油浆为原料合成的COPNA树脂作为黏结剂,添加不同比例的石墨及添加剂,将其充分混合后进行热压成型,在不同温度下煅烧得到树脂基电刷。考察了不同含量的树脂黏结剂及不同焙烧温度对树脂基电刷复合材料性能的影响。研究表明,实验合成的COPNA树脂粘结性能较好,制备的电刷具有优异的抗压强度、抗折强度及良好的导电性等优点。COPNA resin synthesized from FCC slurry was used as a binder,and different proportions of graphite and additives were added.The resin-based brushes were obtained by hot-pressing molding after sufficient mixing and calcining at different temperatures.The effects of different contents of resin binder and different baking temperatures on the properties of resin-based brush composites were investigated.It is shown that the experimentally synthesized COPNA resin has better bonding properties,and the prepared brushes have excellent compressive strength,flexural strength,and good electrical conductivity.
