摘 要:经济社会稳步发展的过程中,许多行业广泛且成功地应用了压力容器,尤其在化工行业中压力容器成为重要的生产要素。将热处理技术应用于压力容器,基本不改变工件的形状及化学成分,而是通过改变工件内部的显微组织或表面化学成分,赋予工件特殊的性能。为推动企业的现代化,各化工企业都应注重其设计与制造,合理采用热处理技术。基于此,本文重点分析了化工压力容器中的热处理技术类型及应用要点,为实际工作提供参考与借鉴。In the process of steady economic and social development,many industries have widely and successfully applied pressure ves-sels,especially in the chemical industry where pressure vessels have become an important production factor.Applying heat treatment technology to pressure vessels does not change the shape and chemical composition of the workpiece,but rather endows it with special properties by changing the microstructure or surface chemical composition inside the workpiece.To promote the modernization of enterprises,all chemical enterprises should pay attention to their design and manufacturing,and adopt heat treatment technology reasonably.Based on this,this article focuses on analyzing the types and application points of heat treatment technologies in chemical pressure vessels,providing reference and inspiration for practical work.
