摘　　要：中化泉州石化有限公司的POSM装置“MBA脱水”单元,自运行以来,装置的塔盘及相连的设备、管线等部位均发现严重局部减薄,部分管件已经腐蚀穿孔,严重影响了装置的稳定运行,由于系统中含有有机酸对甲苯磺酸(p-Toluenesulfonic acid,PTSA)介质,运行团队对该工况的各类材质的抗腐蚀性进行研究,并将研究成果应用到实践,初步控制了腐蚀。Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,POSM device"MBA dehydration"unit,since operation,the device tray and con-nected equipment,pipeline and other parts are found serious local thinning,part of the pipe fittings have corrosion perforation,seriously affect the stable operation of the device,the operation team on the condition of the corrosion material practice,gradually explore and preliminary control the corrosion.
