摘  要:传统液力耦合器在低负荷率下效率低,文章对330MW供热机组的电泵变频器改造计划进行了研究,重点分析了通过高压变频调速技术提升节能效果的可行性。研究表明,通过变频调速技术可以显著提高水泵运行效率,降低年耗电量和运行成本。改造后,系统运行效率和稳定性大幅提升,达到了显著的节能降耗效果,提高了电厂的经济效益和运行可靠性。Traditional hydraulic couplers have low efficiency at low load rates.This article studies the renovation plan of the electric pump frequency converter for 330MW heating units,with a focus on analyzing the feasibility of improving energy-saving effects through high-voltage frequency conversion speed regulation technology.Research has shown that frequency conversion speed regulation technology can significantly improve the efficiency of water pump operation,reduce annual power consumption and operating costs.After the renovation,the operational efficiency and stability of the system have been greatly improved,achieving significant energy-saving and consumption reduction effects,and improving the economic benefits and operational reliability of the power plant.
