摘  要:变频器是控制风机运转的重要设备,若其出现故障,会影响风机的正常运转。为解决这一问题,提出基于小波分析和变分模态分解(Variational mode decomposition,VMD)法的火电厂风机变频器故障识别方法。通过安装探测器,采集火电厂风机变频器故障信号数据;通过VMD法得到变频器最优模态分量个数,对信号进行去噪处理,滤除不相关的成分和噪声干扰;利用小波分析提取故障信号特征,并对故障区域进行识别。与其他变频器故障识别方法进行对比,对比试验结果表明,该方法识别故障的平均正确率可达96.53%,更具应用优势。The frequency converter is an important equipment to control the operation of the fan.If it fails,it will affect the normal operation of the fan.To solve this problem,a fault identification method of fan converter based on wavelet analysis and Variational mode decomposition(VMD)is proposed.By installing detector,the fault signal data of fan converter in thermal power plant is collected.The optimal modal component number of frequency converter is obtained by VMD method,and the signal is denoised to filter out the irrelevant components and noise interference.The feature of fault signal is extracted by wavelet analysis,and the fault area is identified.Compared with other inverter fault identification methods,the experimental results show that the average accuracy of this method is up to 96.53%,which is more advantageous in application.
