摘  要:设计了一种相变诱导塑性(TRIP)钢,研究了贝氏体等温温度对力学性能和微观组织的影响。针对最优工艺,研究了10^(-4)~10^(3) s^(-1)应变速率范围内的动态力学性能,构建并修正了动态本构数学模型。结果表明:当贝氏体等温温度为380℃时,实验钢具有最优的静态力学性能(应变速率10^(-3)s^(-1)),屈服强度达到705 MPa,抗拉强度达到1005 MPa,伸长率为16%,强塑积达到了1.6 GPa·%。应变速率的变化对实验钢的硬化行为和TRIP效应的发生有明显的影响。当应变速率达到10^(3) s^(-1)时,屈服强度和抗拉强度分别达到了815和1145 MPa,分别提高了12.4%和13.9%。经A4系数修正后的动态本构数学模型表明,R值和eAARE的平均值分别达到0.9895和27.5%,具有较精确的预测精度。A transformation induced plasticity(TRIP)steel was designed,and the effects of the bainite isothermal temperature on the mechanical properties and microstructure were studied.According to the optimal process,the dynamic mechanical properties with the strain rate of 10^(-4)-10^(3) s^(-1)were studied,and the dynamic constitutive mathematical model was constructed and modified.The results show that when the bainite isothermal temperature is 380℃,the experimental steel has the best static mechanical properties(strain rate of 10^(-3) s^(-1)),the yield strength reaches 705 MPa,the tensile strength reaches 1005 MPa,the elongation is 16%and the strength plastic product reaches 1.6 GPa·%.The change of strain rate has a significant effect on the hardening behavior and TRIP effect of the experimental steel.When the strain rate reaches 103 s^(-1),the yield strength and tensile strength reach 815 and 1145 MPa,increasing by 12.4%and 13.9%,respectively.The dynamic constitutive mathematical model with A4 coefficient correction shows that the average values of R and eAARE reach 0.9895 and 27.5%,respectively,indicating that the model has a relatively high prediction accuracy.
