摘 要:建立了汽车波纹管有限元模型,研究了位移循环载荷对汽车波纹管寿命的影响规律,探明了汽车波纹管不同结构参数与等效应力、应变和疲劳寿命之间的关系,并通过正交试验优化了波纹管结构参数。分析了疲劳失效后309S不锈钢汽车波纹管微观组织。结果表明:随着位移循环载荷增大,波纹管疲劳寿命降低,疲劳寿命有限元结果和试验结果误差小于8.8%。增大波高、波距、波宽及减小壁厚有利于提高波纹管疲劳寿命,通过正交试验优化,等效应力由670.5 MPa减小到582.3 MPa,疲劳寿命由80060次增加到241450次。在水涨成形阶段,由于冷变形产生了部分马氏体,位移循环载荷作用下波纹管断裂处硬度接近200 HV,波峰处有明显的裂纹,其内部存在疲劳特征。The finite element model for automotive bellows was established,and the influence of displacement cyclic loads on the fatigue life of automobile bellows was investigated.The relationships between different structural parameters of automobile bellows and equivalent stress,strain and fatigue life were elucidated.Furthermore,the structure parameters of bellows were optimized through orthogonal tests.The microstructure of 309S stainless steel automotive bellows after fatigue failure was analyzed.The results show that with the increase of displacement cyclic loads,the fatigue life of the bellows decreases.The error between finite element and test results is less than 8.8%.Increasing wave height,wave distance,wave width and reducing wall thickness can improve the fatigue life of bellows.Through orthogonal tests optimization,the equivalent stress is reduced from 670.5 MPa to 582.3 MPa,and the fatigue life is increased from 80060 times to 241450 times.During the water swell forming stage,partial martensite is produced due to cold deformation.Under the effect of displacement cyclic loads,the hardness near the fracture area of the bellows approaches 200 HV,with noticeable cracks at the wave peak,indicating the presence of internal fatigue characteristics.
