摘　　要：为推进直升机设计制造一体化和全生命周期协同,直升机主机设计所作为产业链溯源牵头单位,采用标准化手段推广应用MBD和MBSE等技术,实现供应链数据统一,促成企业联动和集群发展,支持了地方政府以优势企业为核心,健全配套,重点发展直升机等航空产业的战略落地,形成了产业协同的实践案例。In order to promote the integration of design and manufacturing and the full lifecycle collaboration of helicopters,the main helicopter design institute,also the leading institution of industrial chain traceability,adopts standardization methods to promote the application of technologies such as the MBD and MBSE,achieve the unification of supply chain data,and promote enterprise linkage and cluster development.It supports local governments in implementing strategies to prioritize the sound and comprehensive development of aviation industry such as helicopters,with dominant enterprises serving as the core,which has become practical cases of industry coordination.
