摘　　要：激光的出现引起了光学革命性的发展,冲击了整个物理学,并且对化学、生物学、医学、信息等学科都产生了巨大的影响。激光技术是一项国家战略支撑高技术,其迅速发展,极大地推动了工业、国防、医疗、科学前沿等领域的进步。发展激光产业,是我国迈向制造业强国、科技强国的重要途径。激光技术相关标准是保证激光产品质量、控制成本、提高产品市场竞争力的重要保障,激光标准体系的建立完善影响着我国激光产业的快速、健康、持续发展。本文首先介绍了激光基本原理及研究现状,检索、研究了国内外激光相关标准,参考其他重大领域标准体系建设,提出了激光标准体系的框架结构,并结合目前激光发展现状,研究分析了激光标准发展趋势。The emergence of lasers has led to the revolutionary development of optics,having a huge impact on not only physics,but also disciplines such as chemistry,biology,medicine,and information technology.Laser technology is a high technology supporting national strategy,and its rapid development has greatly promoted progress in industry,national defense,medical treatment,cutting-edge science,and other fields.Developing the laser industry is an important path to enhance China’s strength in manufacturing,as well as science and technology.The standards related to laser technology are an important guarantee of the quality of laser products,cost control,and market competitiveness enhancement.The establishment and improvement of the laser standards system affect the rapid,healthy,and continuous development of China’s laser industry.This paper introduces the basic principles and research status of lasers,searches and studies laser-related standards at home and abroad,and proposes the framework structure of laser standards system referring to construction of standards systems in other major fields.Based on the status of lasers,it studies and analyzes the development trends of laser standards.
