摘　　要：民营经济是推进中国式现代化的生力军,是高质量发展的重要基础。本文从黄河流域县域民营经济发展现状入手,着重分析了制约民营经济发展的难点、堵点和痛点问题,从标准化的角度,提出实现转型升级、支撑产业发展、激发创新活力,实现新时代民营经济高质量发展的思路和建议,以期为地方实施标准化工作提供参考和借鉴。The private economy is a driving force to promote Chinese modernization and an important basis for highquality development.Starting from the current situation of private economy in the Yellow River Basin,this paper focuses on analyzing the difficulties,choke points and pain points that restrict the development of private economy.From the perspective of standardization,this paper puts forward ideas and suggestions to carry out transformation and upgrading,support industrial development,stimulate innovation vitality,and realize the high-quality development of private economy in the new era,which is expected to provide reference for local standardization work.
