肠内营养泵流量示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定

摘　　要：目前,国内并未制定肠内营养泵的国家计量技术规范,仪器使用者无法进行有效的量值溯源,笔者凭借多年的医用输液泵校准经验,参照JJF 1259—2018《医用注射泵和输液泵校准规范》,提出了肠内营养泵的流量校准方法,并对其流量示值误差进行了测量结果的不确定度评定,为计量工作者开展肠内营养泵的校准工作提供参考。At present,there is no national metrological technical specification for enteral nutrition pumps in China,and instrument users are unable to conduct effective traceability of measurement values.Based on years of experience in calibrating medical infusion pumps and referring to JJF 1259-2018,Calibration specification for syringe pumps and infusion pumps,the author proposes a flow calibration method for enteral nutrition pumps and evaluates the uncertainty of the measurement results for the flow indication error,which provides reference for metrology practitioners to carry out calibration work of enteral nutrition pumps.
