摘　　要：技术性贸易措施(TBT)由于形式、理由和手段越来越具有较强的隐蔽性,且具有较强的针对性。美国作为世界第二大化工产业国家,由于化工行业一直是高科技竞争的焦点,俨然已经成为美国国际贸易中限制化工品国际贸易的重要手段。本文根据美国化工技术方面的技术贸易措施(TBT)通报的总体情况,分析我国化工技术方面的技术贸易措施特点,并以此为依据分析我国化工出口行业的影响,以期为我国化工产品提升在美国市场的竞争力提供一定的参考和借鉴。Technical barriers to trade(TBT)are of increasing concealment in forms,reasons,and means,and are quite targeted.TBT has become an important means of restricting international trade of chemical products in the United States,the second largest country of chemical industry in the world,because the chemical industry has always been the focus of high-tech competition.On the basis of the overall situation of TBT notification in the field of chemical technology in the United States,this paper analyzes the characteristics of China’s TBT in the field of chemical technology.On this basis,the paper analyzes their impact on China’s chemical export industry,in order to provide some reference and guidance for China’s chemical industry to improve its product competitiveness in the U.S.market.
