摘　　要：地勘队伍是保障国内实现新一轮找矿突破的专业力量,队伍建设的目的是通过地勘人员收入增长和个人价值实现来促进地质勘查行业更好地实现高效、公平和绿色可持续发展。以注重人本管理为理念的“盖洛普路径”为国内地勘队伍建设路径提供了指导方法。地勘队伍建设需要经过地勘人才的发现、人才效能的发挥、职业精神的培养、项目团队的建设和满足地勘市场的需求共5个阶段,直接结果是改变了地勘人员的态度和行为,进而推动地质找矿更加高效。地勘队伍建设丰富了国家人才储备,是保障国家能源资源安全的重要支撑,也为地勘单位建立人才发现和激励机制提供新的视角。The geological exploration team is a professional force that guarantees China to achieve a new round of breakthroughs in mineral exploration.The purpose of team construction is to promote the efficient,fair,and green sustainable development of the geological exploration industry through the growth of the income and personal value of geological exploration personnel.The Gallup Path,which emphasizes humanistic management,provides a guiding method for the construction of geological exploration teams in China.The construction of geological exploration team needs to go through five stages:discovering geological exploration talents,exerting talent efficiency,cultivating professional spirit,building project teams,and meeting the needs of the geological exploration market.The direct result is to change the attitude and behavior of geological exploration personnel,thereby promoting more efficient geological exploration.The construction of geological exploration teams is an important support for ensuring national energy and resource security,enriches the national talent reserve,and also provides a new perspective for geological exploration units to establish talent discovery and incentive mechanisms.
