摘  要:研究旨在探究菌酶复合制剂处理全株青贮玉米代替全株青贮玉米对郏县红牛生长性能、营养物质表观消化率、血清免疫球蛋白、抗氧化指标和瘤胃发酵参数的影响。选取80头日龄(500 d±8.15 d)和体重(430.0 kg±10.86 kg)相近且健康的郏县红牛(公牛),随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,3个试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组)分别用菌酶复合制剂处理的全株青贮玉米代替基础饲粮中10%、20%和30%的全株青贮玉米,预试期和正试期分别为10 d和180 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的日均增重显著提高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组肉牛的干物质、粗蛋白和粗纤维表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组中性洗涤纤维的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);3个试验组的血清IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),Ⅱ组的血清IgG含量显著提高(P<0.05),但各组的血清抗氧化指标间均差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的瘤胃氨态氮显著降低(P<0.05),但乙酸和丙酸含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。综上所述,用菌酶复合制剂处理全株青贮玉米代替20%的全株青贮玉米,可显著提高郏县红牛的生长性能、养分表观消化率和瘤胃发酵参数。The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of whole plant silage corn treated with microbial enzyme complex preparation instead of whole plant silage corn on the growth performance,apparent digestibility of nutrients,serum biochemical indicators,and rumen fermentation parameters of Jiaxian Red cattle.A total of 80 healthy Jiaxian Red cattle(bull)with similar age and weight were selected to randomly divide into 4 groups,with 5 replicates in each group,and 4 cattle in each replicate.The control group was fed with basic feed,while the three experimental groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere fed with whole plant silage corn treated with microbial enzyme complex agents instead of 10%,20%,and 30%of whole plant silage corn in the basic feed.The pre trial and regular trial periods were 10 days and 180 days,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain of beef cattle in experimental groupsⅡandⅢsignificantly increased(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,and crude fiber in experimental groupsⅡandⅢsignificantly increased(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber in experimental groupⅡsignificantly increased(P<0.05);the serum IgA contents of beef cattle in three experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum IgG content of beef cattle in experimental group II was significantly increased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in serum antioxidant indicators among the groups(P>0.05);the rumen ammonia levels of beef cattle in experimental groupsⅡandⅢwere significantly reduced(P<0.05),but the contents of acetic acid and propionic acid were significantly increased(P<0.05).In conclusion,using whole plant silage corn treated with microbial enzyme complex preparation instead of 20%whole plant silage corn can significantly improve the growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility,and rumen fermentation parameters of Jiaxian Re
