摘  要:压力容器钢广泛应用于各种行业,在运行过程中承受复杂的加载条件。了解压力容器钢在不同加载条件下的机械行为对确保其安全可靠的性能至关重要。本文介绍了一些双向拉伸试验研究的方法与结果,分析了双向拉伸性能和单向拉伸性能之间的相关性,着重比较了压力容器钢在双向拉伸条件下的力学性能。通过更好地了解压力容器用钢在复杂加载条件下的力学性能的表现,可以帮助工程师和研究人员设计适当的结构和选择满足特定应用性能要求的材料,确保压力容器安全可靠地运行。Pressure vessel steel is widely used in various industries and is subjected to complex loading conditions during operation.Understanding the mechanical behavior of pressure vessel steel under different loading conditions is crucial to ensure its safe and reliable performance.This article introduces some methods and results of biaxial tensile testing,analyzes the correlation between biaxial and uniaxial tensile performance,and focuses on comparing the mechanical properties of pressure vessel steel under biaxial tensile conditions.By better understanding the mechanical performance of pressure vessel steel under complex loading conditions,engineers and researchers can design appropriate structures and select materials that meet specific performance requirements to ensure the safe and reliable operation of pressure vessels.
