摘  要:为开发石化加热炉协同处理挥发性有机物(VOCs)技术,采用数值仿真方法研究了同轴伴流燃烧器空气侧掺混丙烷时,不同掺混比(0~2.1%)对甲烷燃烧特性的影响。在过量空气系数均为1.2的条件下,研究固定燃料气流量和固定进炉发热量两种工况,分析丙烷掺混比对温度场分布和氮氧化物排放量的影响。结果表明:丙烷掺混比的改变,均会使温度场分布和氮氧化物排放量发生变化,但相比于固定燃料气流量工况,固定进炉发热量时两者变化均较小,燃烧稳定性较好.In order to develop the co-processing technology of VOCs in petrochemical heating furnace,the influence of different mixing ratio(0~2.1%)on the combustion characteristics of methane in the air side of coflow burner was studied by numerical simulation.The effects of propane blending ratio on temperature field distribution and nitrogen oxide emission were investigated under fixed fuel gas flow rate and fixed furnace heating rate with excess air coefficient of 1.2.The results show that both the temperature field distribution and the nitrogen oxide emission change with the propane blending ratio.However,compared with the fixed fuel gas flow conditions,both changes are small and combustion stability is better when the fixed heat inputs.
