摘 要:随着社会的不断发展以及人民生活水平的日益提高,汽车现已逐步成为全国广大人民群众日常生活出行的主要交通工具。然而,由于汽车数量的不断增长,也带来了一系列严重的环境污染和资源浪费问题。为了有效应对这些问题,报废汽车的回收拆解产业应运而生,为进一步推动新疆报废汽车回收拆解产业的健康、稳定和可持续发展,在深入调研、分析的基础上,针对该产业当前所面临的报废周期长、资源回收利用率低等突出问题,给出了具体的对策、措施及建议,以期为该产业绿色、低碳转型升级提供支撑。With the continuous development of society and the increasing improvement of people's living standards,cars have gradually become the main means of transportation for the daily life and travel of the general public in China.However,due to the continuous growth of the number of cars,it has also brought about a series of serious environmental pollution and resource waste problems.In order to effectively address these issues,the recycling and dismantling industry of scrapped cars has emerged,but there are some difficulties in the actual development process.In order to further promote the healthy,stable,and sustainable development of the scrapped vehicle recycling and dismantling industry in Xinjiang,based on in-depth research and analysis,this paper provided specific countermeasures,measures,and suggestions for the prominent problems currently faced by the industry,such as long scrapping cycles and low resource recycling rates,in order to provide support for the green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of the industry.
