摘　　要：随着人们越来越重视环境问题和能源问题,城市废弃物的处理趋向于遵循集约高效、循环发展的理念。以某城市大型有机废弃物协同处置的成功工程项目为例,介绍一种采用“预处理+联合厌氧消化+综合利用”为主体工艺,协同处置餐厨垃圾、厨余垃圾、粪便和动物尸体的方法。详细介绍了项目的主要工艺设计流程,各种物料之间协同处理设计要点,项目与所在园区其他城市垃圾处理项目之间协同处理设计要点,以及项目建设、运营成功的经验,旨在为建设城市有机废弃物处理项目提供一定的参考。The environmental and energy issues are attracting more and more attention,the treatment of municipal waste tends to intensive,efficient and circular development.This paper took the project of collaborative disposal of large-scale organic waste in a city as an example,and introduces a method of collaborative disposal of restaurant food waste,food waste from household,night soil,sick and dead animals and poultry by adopting"pre-treatment+combined anaerobic digestion+comprehensive utilization"as the main process.This paper describes in detail the main process design flow of the project,the main points of co-processing design between various materials,the main points of co-processing design between the project and other municipal waste disposal projects in the park,as well as the successful experience of the project's construction and operation,with the aim of providing a certain amount of reference for the construction of municipal organic waste disposal projects.
