摘 要:为解决轨道交通车辆用“水性金属闪光底色漆+清漆”体系“湿喷湿”配套施工时,出现的铝粉发花、流挂、色差和层间附着力等问题,考察了低羟基含量水性丙烯酸树脂、水性丙烯酸乳液和水性聚氨酯分散体对金属漆施工性能和涂层外观的影响。结果表明:采用不同玻璃化转变温度的水性聚氨酯分散体复配的方式,可有效解决“水性金属闪光底色漆+清漆”体系“湿喷湿”配套施工困难的问题,其中水性脂肪族聚氨酯分散体(Bayhydrol 3)和含聚碳酸酯脂肪族阴离子聚氨酯分散体(Bay⁃hydrol 4)复配制得的涂层综合性能最佳。In order to solve the problems of aluminum powder floating,sagging,color difference and adhesion between layers during the construction of“waterborne metallic basecoat+varnish”system for rail transit vehicles,the effects of low hydroxyl waterborne acrylic resin,waterborne acrylic emulsion and waterborne polyurethane dispersion on the construction performance of metal paint and the appearance of paint film were investigated.The results show that the combination of waterborne polyurethane dispersions with different glass transition temperatures can effectively solve the“wet-on-wet”coating problem in the“waterborne metal flash basecoat+varnish”system,wherein the coating prepared by the combination of Bayhydrol 3 resin and Bayhydrol 4 resin has the best comprehensive performance.
