摘 要:目的探讨原位模拟培训在麻醉科护士管理患者术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法选取2023年11~12月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院麻醉科40名护士作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=20)和试验组(n=20),进行术后疼痛应急处理教学培训。对照组进行传统教学模式培训,试验组使用原位模拟培训。培训后比较试验组和对照组学员理论考核成绩、临床技能评分以及学员对不同教学方式的满意度。结果试验组学员理论考核成绩(92.53±4.90),明显高于对照组学员理论成绩(79.73±6.33),且试验组学员临床技能评分和对教学满意度方面也都明显优于对照组学员(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论原位模拟培训的应用,可以提升麻醉科护士对患者术后疼痛的应急处理能力,培训效果明显。Objective To explore the effect of in-situ simulation training in anesthesiology nursing management of postoperative pain.Methods Forty nurses from Department of Anesthesiology,Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,were randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the experimental group(n=20),according to random number table method.The control group was trained by traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group was trained by in-situ simulation.After the training,the scores of theoretical examination,clinical skills and the satisfaction degree of students to different teaching methods were compared between the two groups.Results The theoretical examination scores(92.53±4.90)were significantly higher than those of the control group(79.73±6.33),clinical skill ratings and satisfaction degree of teaching methods of the experimental group were also signficantly higher than those of the control group which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of in-situ simulation training can enhance the emergency handling ability of anesthesia nurses in managing postoperative pain in patients,and the training effect is significant.
