摘　　要：本文从多个角度对新形势下生态环境保护与污染治理的策略进行了分析。首先,分析了经济发展与环境保护之间的矛盾,生态系统受到的威胁以及全球气候变化的影响。接着,论述了污染治理现状及问题,包括污染源头控制不足、治理技术的局限性和监管执法不力等方面。然后,阐述了政策与法律环境对生态环境保护的支持与制约,以及在政策落实过程中存在的问题与挑战。最后,讨论了技术手段和经济手段在生态环境保护中的应用,包括新型污染治理技术、环境监测技术、生态修复技术以及生态补偿机制、绿色金融和生态产业的作用。通过全面分析,可以为当前生态环境保护工作提供参考和启示,从而推动生态文明建设取得更大进展。First,the paper analyzes the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection,the threat to ecosystems and the impact of global climate change.Then,the current situation and problems of pollution control are discussed,including the lack of pollution source control,the limitations of treatment technology and the ineffective supervision and law enforcement.Then,the support and restriction of policy and legal environment to ecological environment protection,as well as the problems and challenges in the implementation of policy.Finally,the application of technical means and economic means in ecological environment protection is discussed,including the role of new pollution control technology,environmental monitoring technology,ecological restoration technology,ecological compensation mechanism,green finance and ecological industry.Through a comprehensive analysis,this paper aims to provide reference and inspiration for the current ecological and environmental protection work,and promote the construction of ecological civilization to make greater progress.
