摘　　要：目的汉化老年-八项问卷(Geriatric 8,G 8),并检验其信效度。方法依据量表跨文化研究指南对英文版G 8进行正译、回译、文化调试及预调查后,最终形成中文版G 8。采用便利抽样法选取江苏省某三甲医院住院部2022年7月-2023年2月住院的260例老年癌症患者进行调查,检验G 8的信效度。结果中文版G 8共8个条目,各条目得分与总分的相关系数为0.417~0.794(P<0.001)。条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)值为0.833~1,问卷平均水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/AVE)值为0.979。总问卷Cronbach′sα系数为0.802,问卷的重测信度系数为0.894,与中文版衰弱表型量表呈强相关(r=0.630,P<0.001)。G 8的最佳截止值为14,敏感度为85.82%,特异度为82.54%。结论中文版G 8具备良好的信效度和筛查性能,可作为老年癌症患者衰弱筛查的可靠工具。Objective To construct the Chinese version of Geriatric 8(G 8)questionnaire,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods According to the cross-cultural research guide of the scale,the English version of G 8 was translated,translated back,culturally adjusted,and pre-investigated,and the Chinese version of G 8 wasfinally formed.A total of 260 elderly cancer patients admitted to the inpatient department of a Grade-Ⅲhospital in Jiangsu province from July 2022 to February 2023 were investigated by convenience sampling methodfor testing the reliability and validity of G 8.Results There were 8 items in the Chinese version of G 8,and the correlation coefficient between the scores of each itemand the total score was 0.417-0.794(P<0.001).The content validity index(I-CVI)at the item level was 0.833-1,and the average content validity index(S-CVI/AVE)at the questionnaire level was 0.979.Cronbach'sαof the total questionnaire was 0.802,and the retest reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.894,which was strongly correlated with the Chinese version of frailty phenotype scale(r=0.630,P<0.001).The optimal cut-off value of G 8 was 14,the sensitivity was 85.82%,and the specificity was 82.54%.Conclusion The Chinese version of G 8 has good reliability,validity,and screening performance,and can be used as a reliable tool for the frailtyscreening of elderly patients with cancer.
