摘  要:影响焊接接头可靠性的因素有很多,并且具有不确定性的特征,众多因素使得焊接接头产生应力集中,最终导致接头的疲劳失效。结合研究过程发现的重要因素,根据结构应力以及板厚设置计算变量,利用结构应力法对焊接接头进行应力分析,采用改进的一次二阶矩法为可靠性研究的基本方法,讨论了计算变量的变化对焊接接头疲劳可靠性的影响。研究结果表明:焊趾偏角对焊接接头的可靠性具有重要影响。There are many factors affecting welded joints,and have the characteristics of uncertainty,many factors lead to stress concentration of welded joints,and finally lead to fatigue failure of welded joints.Combined with the important factors found in the research process,according to the structural stress and plate thickness setting calculation variables,the structural stress method is used to analyze the stress of welded joints,and the improved first order second moment method is used as the basic method of reliability research,the influence of the change of calculation variables on the fatigue reliability of welded joints is discussed.The results show that the weld toe deflection angle has an important influence on the reliability of the welded joint.
