摘 要:以某抛物柱面天线为对象,对其在空间热环境下的型面精度误差与热变形进行仿真计算分析。首先采用公差分析法对影响天线型面精度的误差源进行了分析,分析了天线设计装配和在轨运行的各个环节,找出了影响天线型面误差的因素;然后根据天线精度要求,利用方和根法对各因素公差进行指标分配,给出了最佳拟合抛物面和型面精度误差RMS的计算方法。通过有限元分析软件预测了天线在典型工况下的热变形情况,最终仿真结果显示了天线在轨运行的形变大小和随温度变形趋势,根据仿真结果计算天线型面精度,验证其符合精度要求。Taking a parabolic cylindrical antenna as an object,the surface accuracy error and thermal deformation simulation calculation analysis of a parabolic cylindrical antenna in space thermal environment are carried out.First of all,the error sources affecting the accuracy of the antenna profile are analyzed by using the tolerance analysis method,each link of the antenna design,assembly and on-orbit operation is analyzed,and the factors affecting the antenna profile error are found out.Then,according to the accuracy requirements of the antenna,the square sum root method is used to distribute the tolerances of various factors,and the calculation method of the best fitting paraboloid and profile accuracy error RMS is given.The thermal deformation of the antenna under typical working conditions is predicted by finite element analysis software.Finally,the simulation results show the deformation of the antenna running in orbit and the trend of deformation with temperature.According to the simulation results,the accuracy of the antenna profile is calculated and verified to meet the accuracy requirements.
