摘 要:为提高汽车减振器底阀组件的铆接效率,便于对底阀分组件进行旋铆,设计了一种减振器底阀旋铆机。按照减振器底阀的相关技术要求,设计了旋铆机的整体结构及各执行机构,包括高度检测机构、旋铆头升降机构、旋转机构。该旋铆机结构紧凑、易于操作,能够实现底阀组件的高效旋铆,有效提高旋铆质量,满足对汽车减振器底阀组件的组装需求。In order to improve the riveting efficiency of the bottom valve assembly of automobile shock absorber and facilitate the rotary riveting of the bottom valve assembly,a kind of shock absorber bottom valve riveting machine is designed.According to the relevant technical requirements of the shock absorber bottom valve,the overall structure and executive mechanism of the riveting machine are designed,including height testing mechanism,riveting head lifting mechanism and rotating mechanism.The rotary riveting machine is compact and easy to operate,which can realize the efficient rotary riveting of the bottom valve assembly,effectively improve the rotary riveting quality,and meet the assembly requirements of the bottom valve assembly of automobile shock absorber.
