摘 要:遵循《中国大学生方程式大赛规则》,以南京工程学院泠风车队泠02大学生方程式赛车为研究对象,结合人机工程学原理,进行赛车座椅设计,并应用CAE仿真软件进行模拟分析。针对赛车座椅的实际应用情景,注重满足舒适、安全、高强度和轻量化的需求,构建了适用于大学生方程式赛车的座椅设计流程和仿真方法。研究结果显示,所设计的座椅不仅能够为驾驶员提供舒适的驾驶姿势,且满足了结构强度的使用要求。Following the regulations of the"China University Formula Student Race"and leveraging the Nanjing Institute of Technology Lingfeng Racing Team's Ling02 Formula Student Race Car as the research subject,this study integrated principles from human factors engineering to undertake the design of the race car seat.Moreover,CAE simulation software was employed to carry out simulated analysis.Tailoring to the practical scenarios of race car seat usage,emphasis was placed on fulfilling requirements encompassing comfort,safety,high structural integrity,and lightweight design.In this context,a seat design process and simulation approach tailored for university-level formula racing were formulated.The research findings underscore that the designed seat not only offers a comfortable driving posture for the driver but also adheres to the stipulated structural strength criteria during usage.
