摘 要:以55 MN铝挤压机前梁作为设计研究对象,对锻件前梁进行了结构设计、仿真分析及设计优化,最终确定了锻件前梁结构。锻件前梁相比箱型铸件前梁厚度明显减小,从而缩短了挤压机机后淬火装置到模具口的安装距离,有效保证了挤压制品的淬火性能,同时减少了挤压废料,在中小型挤压机中可以广泛推广应用。Taking the front beam of 55MN aluminum extruder as the design research object,the structure design,simulation analysis and design optimization of the front beam of forgings are carried out,and the structure of front beam of forgings is determined finally.The thickness of the front beam of the forgings is obviously smaller than that of the box castings,thus shortening the installation distance between the rear quenching device of the extruder and the die mouth,effectively ensuring the quenching performance of the extruded products and reducing the extrusion waste at the same time.It can be widely used in small and medium-sized extruders.
