国防背景高校新时代本科班主任工作的思考

摘　　要：人才是第一资源,也是国家实现伟大复兴的动力源泉。国防背景下的高校更要把握新时代的历史机遇,培养引领未来的领军人才。本科班主任是学生培养独立学习能力、培养创新思维、塑造正确价值观的直接组织者和实施者,对学生的成长成才起到了重要的影响。基于班主任经历的体会和感悟,围绕本科班主任工作的思考进行了探讨,本科班主任应具有高尚的师德素养、良好的道德品行、独特的创新思路和崇高的使命担当,为培养新时代具有创新思维和家国情怀的人才贡献力量。Talent is the primary resource and the driving force behind the country’s great rejuvenation.Under the background of national defense,universities should seize the historical opportunities of the new era and cultivate leading talents to lead the future.Undergraduate class advisors are the direct organizers and implementers of cultivating students’independent learning ability,innovative thinking,and shaping their correct values,which has a significant impact on their growth and success.Based on the author’s experience and insights,in this article,work of undergraduate class advisors has been discussed.The author holds that undergraduate class advisor should possess noble professional ethics,good moral conduct,unique innovative ideas,and noble mission responsibilities,contributing to the cultivation of talents with innovative thinking and patriotism in the new era.
