摘 要:“强军新工科”面向军事人才的培养,具有明确的为战育人导向、明显的军事职业特征和鲜明的岗位能力指向,是国家新工科建设体系的重要组成部分。结合“强军新工科”要求,聚焦装备保障人才培养目标,提出基于岗位职责的装备保障人才能力素质模型设计,构建面向强军需求的装备保障教学内容体系,并从教学内容的科学性、创新性、针对性、实用性和系统性五个方面提出建设措施,研究成果可为装备保障专业人才培养提供参考。Based on the cultivation of military talents,“New Engineering for Strengthening the Army”is focused on the orientation of cultivating cadets for warfare,has the significant characteristics of military occupation and the prominent post ability orientation,which constitutes a key part of the system of China’s New Engineering Science Construction.Aiming at the requirements of“New Engineering for Strengthening the Army”,this research focuses on the cultivation objectives of equipment support talents,proposes the design of equipment support talent competency model of position responsibilities,and builds a teaching content system of equipment support which can meet the requirements of the entire demanded field.In this study,constructive measures are proposed in five aspects:scientific,innovative,targeted,practical and systematic teaching content,which provides an important reference for the cultivation of equipment support professional talents.
