硒酵母治疗轻度非活动性甲状腺相关眼病1例

摘　　要：2021年7月,欧洲甲状腺学会更新发布了Graves眼病(GO)管理指南,指南对于轻度甲状腺相关眼病的治疗取消了观察等待的推荐,推荐眼局部使用人工泪液或眼用凝胶,全身辅助补硒治疗6个月。本文报道1例口服硒酵母治疗轻度非活动性GO的病例,并进行文献复习。In July 2021,the European Thyroid Society updated its guidelines for the management of Graves ophthalmopathy(GO),which canceled the recommendation of observation and waiting for the treatment of mild thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy,recommended local use of artificial tears or ophthalmic gel,and systemic selenium supplementation for 6 months.We now report a case of oral selenium yeast for mild inactive GO and review the literature.
