摘　　要：目的:探究胫腓骨骨折患者术后中药康复治疗期间应用Buerger运动干预的效果。方法:选取本院2022年12月—2023年11月收治的82例胫腓骨骨折手术患者,均采用活血止痛汤治疗,依据干预模式不同分为参照组和研究组,每组41例。参照组应用常规运动干预,研究组应用Buerger运动干预。对比两组疼痛程度、患肢与健肢周径差、足背动脉血流参数、肢体功能、并发症发生率。结果:术后3 d、5 d、7d,研究组运动状态下VAS评分、静息状态下VAS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);术后5 d、7 d,研究组患肢与健肢周径差、阻力指数(RI)低于参照组,FD高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:在术后中药康复治疗期间,Buerger运动干预可有效改善胫腓骨骨折手术患者的患肢血流状态与肢体功能,减轻疼痛,预防并发症,应用效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of Buerger exercise intervention on patients with tibiofibular fracture during postoperative rehabilitation with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A total of 82 patients with tibiofibular fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from December 2022 to November 2023 were selected and treated with Huoxue Zhitong decoction.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into reference group and study group,with 41 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with routine exercise nursing,and the study group was treated with Buerger exercise nursing.The degree of pain,the circumference difference between the affected limb and the healthy limb,the blood flow parameters of the dorsal artery of the foot,the limb function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 3rd,5th and 7th day after operation,the VAS score in the exercise state and the VAS score in the resting state of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).On the 5th and 7th day after operation,,the circumference difference and resistance index(RI)of the affected limb and healthy limb in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and FD was higher than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the rehabilitation treatment of traditional Chinese medicine after operation,Buerger exercise nursing can effectively improve the blood flow state and limb function of the affected limb in patients with tibiofibular fracture surgery,reduce pain,prevent complications,and the application effect is significant.
