摘　　要：目的:探讨风湿性心脏病患者术后药物治疗期间辅用米力农的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月在本院接受瓣膜成形术治疗的90例风湿性心脏病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组45例。对照组实施常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上应用米力农治疗,比较两组心肌损伤指标、心功能指标、睡眠状况指标、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,研究组肌钙蛋白I、肌酸激酶同工酶和乳酸脱氢酶均低于对照组,左心射血分数、生理、心理、环境以及社会关系评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率为2.22%,低于对照组的15.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在风湿性心脏病患者瓣膜成形术后,应用米力农进行辅助治疗可增强患者心功能,减轻其心肌损伤,还可减少并发症发生,有利于提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of milrinone in patients with rheumatic heart disease during postoperative drug treatment.Methods:A total of 90 patients with rheumatic heart disease who underwent valvular angioplasty in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with milrinone on the basis of routine treatment.The myocardial injury index,cardiac function index,sleep status index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,troponin I,creatine kinase isoenzyme and lactate dehydrogenase in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction,physiological score,psychological score,environmental score and social relationship score were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.22%,which was lower than 15.56% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After valvuloplasty in patients with rheumatic heart disease,the application of milrinone for adjuvant therapy can enhance the cardiac function of patients,reduce their myocardial injury,and reduce the occurrence of complications,which is conducive to improving thequalityof life.
