益精方联合中频穴位电刺激治疗弱精子症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨益精方联合中频穴位电刺激治疗弱精子症的临床疗效。方法:以随机数字表法将2022年1月—2023年8月于广安门医院南区接受治疗的200例弱精子症患者分为对照组与观察组,每组100例。两组均接受常规治疗,在此基础上对照组接受中频穴位电刺激,观察组接受益精方联合中频穴位电刺激治疗,比较两组临床疗效、精子质量及生殖激素水平。结果:治疗3个疗程,观察组治疗总有效率(85.00%)高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05);观察组精子浓度、正常形态精子百分率及前向运动精子百分率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睾酮、黄体生成素、促性腺激素水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益精方联合中频穴位电刺激治疗弱精子症能提高临床疗效,改善患者精子质量及生殖激素水平,且不良反应较少,用药安全可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yijing prescription combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of asthenospermia.Methods:A total of 200 patients with asthenospermia who were treated in the South District of Guang'anmen Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group received intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation,and the observation group received Yijing decoction combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation.The clinical efficacy,sperm quality and reproductive hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results:Afer 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(85.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).The sperm concentration,percentage of normal morphological sperm and percentage of forward moving sperm in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of testosterone,luteinizing hormone and gonadotropin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yijing decoction combined with intermediate frequency acupoint electrical stimulation in the treatment of asthenospermia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the sperm quality and reproductive hormone level of patients,with fewer adverse reactions and safe and reliable medication.
