摘　　要：目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效分析及对患者炎性指标、卵巢血流动力学的影响。方法:选择于2019年1月—2022年10月在本院诊治的62例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据1∶1平行对照原则把患者分为联合组与参照组,各31例。参照组给予左氧氟沙星治疗,联合组在参照组治疗基础上给予坤泰胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、炎性指标、卵巢血流动力学变化情况。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率(100.00%)高于参照组(87.09%)(P<0.05);联合组IL-1β、IL-6、RI、PI低于参照组(P<0.05);联合组生活质量各维度评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊联合左氧氟沙星治疗可提高慢性盆腔炎患者临床疗效,抑制炎性因子表达,改善卵巢血流动力学状况,从而提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on inflammatory indexes and ovarian hemodynamics.Methods:From January 2019 to October 2022,62 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected.According to the principle of 1:1 parallel control,the patients were divided into combined group and reference group,with 31 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with levofloxacin,and the combined group was treated with Kuntai capsule on the basis of the reference group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indexes and ovarian hemodynamic changes were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group(100.00%)was higher than that of the reference group(87.09%)(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,RI and PI in the combined group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of quality of life in the combined group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule combined with levofloxacin can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors,improve ovarian hemodynamics,and improve the quality of lifeofpatients.
