曲美他嗪联合苦碟子注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究曲美他嗪联合苦碟子注射液对不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择2019年1月—2021年12月本院收治的80例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用曲美他嗪,观察组联用苦碟子注射液。比较两组左室舒张末径(LVEDD)、每搏输出量(SV)、左房室舒张早期血流峰值与舒张晚期血流峰值比值(E/A)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、中医症状评分、可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)、氨基末端脑利钠肽(NT-proBNP)、肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平。结果:观察组LVEDD、SV、E/A和LVEF优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组倦怠乏力、胸痛胸闷、畏寒和心悸气短症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清sICAM-1、c TnT、MMP-9和NT-proBNP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合苦碟子注射液可有效改善不稳定型心绞痛患者心功能,减轻临床症状,其机制可能与下调血清sICAM-1、cTnT、MMP-9和NT-proBNP水平有关。Objective:To study the effect of trimetazidine combined with Kudiezi injection on unstable angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 patients with unstable angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with trimetazidine,and the observation group was combined with Kudiezi injection.The levels of left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),stroke volume(SV),ratio of early diastolic blood flow peak to late diastolic blood flow peak(E/A),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM symptom score,soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin T(cTnT)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were compared between the two groups.Results:The LVEDD,SV,E/A,and LVEF of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom scores of fatigue,chest pain,chest tightness,chills,palpitations,and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of sICAM-1,cTnT,MMP-9,and NT-proBNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with Kudiezi injection can effectively improve cardiac function and alleviate clinical symptoms in patients with unstable angina pectoris,and its mechanism may be related to the downregulation of serum sICAM-1,cTnT,MMP-9,and NT proBNP levels.
