摘　　要：目的了解沧州市市、县、乡三级医疗机构传染病报告质量现状,发现其中问题,为提高医疗机构传染病报告质量提供依据。方法2017-2021年5年间现场调查收集沧州市各级各类医疗卫生机构门诊及住院传染病报告资料,并对资料进行描述性流行病学分析,分析网络报告率、报告及时率、报告卡完整率、报告卡准确率、纸质报告卡与大疫情中报告一致率、有效身份证号填写完整率。结果共抽查报告卡410例,其中市级30例,县级183例,乡镇197例。报告率86.83%、及时报告率98.88%、完整率82.85%、准确率97.96%、一致率98.87%、有效身份证号填写完整率99.72%、漏报率为13.17%。不同级别报告率和报告及时率比较,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05);2017-2021年报告率、及时率和准确率在呈上下波动状态;填写完整的纸质(电子)报告卡完整率呈逐年下降的趋势(P≤0.05);2017-2020年一致率和有效证件号填写完整率均为100.00%,2021年略有下降。不同年份报告卡完整率、一致率比较,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05);不同医院报告率排序为西部>中部>南部>东部(P≤0.05);中部地区不同级别医疗机构纸质报告卡填写完整率比较,差异有统计学意义(P≤0.05)。全市各医疗机构不同种类传染病漏报率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沧州市法定传染病疫情报告质量有待提高,建议各级医疗机构减少漏报,进一步完善报告制度,提高报告质量。Objective To understand the current situation of the quality of infectious disease reports in medical institutions at the city,county and township levels in Cangzhou City,find out the problems,and provide a basis for improving the quality of infectious disease reports in medical institutions.Methods The report data of outpatient and inpatient infectious diseases reported by various medical and health institutions at all levels in Cangzhou were sorted out each year from 2017 to 2021,and descriptive epidemiological analysis of the data was carried out to analysis the reporting rate,timely reporting rate,completeness rate,accuracy rate,consistency rate and ID number integrity rate.Results A total of 410 cases of report cards were sampled,including 30 cases at the municipal level,183 cases at the county level,and 197 cases at the township level.The reporting rate was 86.83%,the timely reporting rate was 98.88%,the completeness rate was 82.85%,the accuracy rate was 97.96%,the consistency rate was 98.87%,the ID number integrity rate was 99.72%,and the omission rate was 13.17%.The reporting rate,timely reporting rate and accuracy rate fluctuated from 2017 to 2021.The integrity rate of complete paper(electronic)report cards showed a downward trend year by year(P≤0.05).From 2017 to 2020,the consistency rate and the ID number integrity rate were both 100.00%,which decreased slightly in 2021.There were statistically significant differences in the integrity rate and consistency rate of report cards in different years(P≤0.05).The reporting rate of different hospitals was ranked as western>central>southern>eastern(P≤0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the completeness rate of paper report cards in different levels of medical institutions in the central region(P≤0.05).There was no significant difference in the underreporting rate of different types of infectious diseases among different medical institutions in the city(P>0.05).Conclusion The reporting quality of notifiable infectious diseases in Ca
