间苯三酚与米索前列醇对宫腔镜术前宫颈扩张效果及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的研究间苯三酚与米索前列醇对宫腔镜术前宫颈扩张效果及不良反应的影响。方法以2020年1月-2023年3月湖口县人民医院拟行宫腔镜术治疗的60例患者为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为间苯三酚组与米索前列醇组,各30例。间苯三酚组采用间苯三酚进行术前预处理,米索前列醇组则采用米索前列醇完成术前预处理,比较两组术前宫颈扩张效果、扩张宫颈时间、术中出血量、宫颈撕裂发生率、术中并发症及不良反应发生情况。结果两组术前宫颈扩张效果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);间苯三酚组扩张宫颈时间短于米索前列醇组(P<0.05),但两组术中出血量、宫颈撕裂发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);间苯三酚组术中并发症发生率低于米索前列醇组(P<0.05);间苯三酚组不良反应发生率低于米索前列醇组(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚与米索前列醇均为宫腔镜术前预处理药物,二者宫颈扩张效果相当,但间苯三酚扩张宫颈时间更短、术中并发症及不良反应风险更低。Objective To study the effect of phloroglucinol and misoprostol on cervical dilatation and adverse reactions before hysteroscopy.Methods From January 2020 to March 2023,60 patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery in Hukou County People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into phloroglucinol group and misoprostol group by random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The phloroglucinol group was treated with phloroglucinol for preoperative pretreatment,and the misoprostol group was treated with misoprostol for preoperative pretreatment.The preoperative cervical dilatation effect,cervical dilatation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of cervical tear,intraoperative complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the effect of preoperative cervical dilatation between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of cervical dilatation in phloroglucinol group was shorter than that in misoprostol group(P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative complications in the phloroglucinol group was lower than that in the misoprostol group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the phloroglucinol group was lower than that in the misoprostol group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol and misoprostol are both pretreatment drugs before hysteroscopic surgery,the effect of cervical dilatation is similar,but phloroglucinol has shorter cervical dilatation time and lower risk of intraoperative complications and adverse reactions.
