摘 要:铝合金材料是一种优秀的轻量化材料,但由于其焊接性能差,限制了其在汽车上的大量应用。文中提出一种新的铝合金型材连接方案,即铝合金榫卯连接结构,并对其几何特点进行了研究:给出了铝合金榫卯结构的构成,即榫头、卯孔和固定结构;分析了铝合金榫卯结构的几何缺陷;定义了7组描述铝合金榫卯结构特点的基本参数;研究了铝合金型材截面轮廓及其内部结构的拓扑规律;归纳了工程中4类实用的铝合金榫卯结构类型。Although aluminum alloy materials are known for lightweight,but their application in automobiles is limited because of poor welding performance.In this article,a new aluminum alloy mortise and tenon joint structure is proposed,and then the analysis is conducted on its geometric characteristics:The aluminum alloy mortise and tenon joint structure is consisted of tenon,mortise hole and auxiliary reinforcement structure;The geometric defects of the aluminum alloy mortise and tenon joint structure are explored;Seven groups of basic parameters are defined to describe the characteristics of the alu-minum alloy mortise and tenon joint structure;Efforts are made to explore the topology law of both the profile section and the internal structure;Four practical aluminum alloy mortise and tenon joint structures in the field of engineering are summarized.
