摘　　要：本文研究了218DTEX/96F“凸”字形无捻麻感DTY生产工艺。熔体经过过滤器过滤后通过熔体冷却器降温到285℃,从聚合增压输送到纺丝,经纺丝箱体、计量泵后进入纺丝组件,从“凸”字形喷丝孔挤出,经过良好的环吹冷却,优化POY伸度指标、上油指标等工艺条件,探索优化假捻牵伸比、速比、假捻皮圈使用周期和热箱温度。研究结果表明,当假捻加工速度为650 m/min、牵伸比为1.60、速比为1.55、第一热箱温度为185℃时,加工工况良好,生产的产品质量稳定,毛丝和僵丝的比例较低,其物理指标可以满足客户织造需求。This article studies the production process of 218DTEX/96F"convex"shaped untwisted linen DTY.Af-ter being filtered by a filter and cooled to 285 C through a melt cooler,the melt is pressurized and transported from polymerization to spinning.After passing through the spinning box and metering pump,it enters the spinning com-ponent and is extruded from the"convex"shaped spinneret hole.After good ring blowing cooling,the process con-ditions such as POY elongation index and oiling index are optimized,and the optimization of false twist elongation ratio,speed ratio,false twist ring service cycle,and hot box temperature are explored.The research results indi-cate that when the false twisting processing speed is 650 m/min,the draft ratio is 1.60,the speed ratio is 1.55,and the first hot box temperature is 185,the processing condition is good,the product quality is stable,the pro-portion of yarn and stiff yarn is low,and its physical indicators can meet the weaving needs of customers.
