摘 要:在4,4'-二氨基-2,2'-双三氟甲基联苯-3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐-六氟二酐(TFDB-BPDA-6FDA)分子结构中引入不对称酰肼结构间苯二甲酰肼(IDH),通过两步法制备CPI薄膜,采用紫外分光光度计和万能试验机对薄膜的透光率和力学性能进行测试。结果表明,间苯二甲酰肼的适当引入,既可维持CPI薄膜优异的透光率,也可提升其弹性模量,具备在柔性盖板材料上的应用潜力。The asymmetric hydrazide structure Isophthalohydrazide(IDH)was introduced into the molecular struc-ture of 2,2-Bis(trifluoromethyl)-4,4-biphenyldiamine-Biphthalicanhydride-4,4-(hexafluoroisopropylidene)diph-thalicanhydride(TFDB-BPDA-6FDA),and PI films were prepared by two-step method.UV Spectrophotometer and universal testing machine were used to test the transmittance and mechanical properties of the film.The results showed that the appropriate introduction of Isophthalohydrazide could not only maintain the excellent light transmit-tance of CPI film,but also improve its elastic modulus,which has the application potential in flexible cover materi-als.
