摘 要:使用不同纤维含量复合丝材制备的成形件的力学性能有一定差异。为提高连续芳纶纤维增强尼龙12(CAF/PA12)复合材料成形件的低速冲击性能,探究了冲击能量和复合丝材纤维含量对成形件低速冲击性能的影响。对较低纤维含量复合丝材制备的成形件,采用单因素实验,探究了不同冲击能量下的抗冲击性能。并分析了四种纤维含量复合丝材制备的复合材料成形件的低速冲击性能。实验结果表明,36.14%纤维含量复合丝材制备的成形件具备较好的低速冲击性能。There are some differences in the mechanical properties of the molded parts prepared by composite fila-ment with different fiber content.In order to improve the low-speed impact performance of continuous aramid fiber reinforced nylon 12(CAF/PA12)composite molded parts,the effects of impact energy and fiber content of com-posite filament on the low-speed impact performance of molded parts were investigated.The impact resistance of forming parts made of composite filament with low fiber content was investigated by single factor experiment under different impact energy.The low-speed impact properties of the composite forming parts prepared by four kinds of fiber content composite wires were analyzed.The experimental results show that the molded parts with 36.14%fi-ber content have better low-speed impact performance.
