非透明纤维集合体的树脂浸透速率测试方法探究

摘　　要：通过对纤维树脂浸透速率的测试方法进行分析,发现靶环法适合测试树脂浸渍后由不透明变透明的纤维集合体的树脂浸透速率,不适合测试树脂浸渍后不变透明的纤维集合体的树脂浸透速率。文章设计了一种基于靶环法改进的非透明纤维树脂浸透速率测试方法—靶盘示踪法。研究结果表明靶盘示踪法测试非透明纤维集合体的树脂浸透速率时,具有测试方法简单、结果稳定的特点。Through the analysis of the testing method for the impregnation rate of fiber resin,it was found that the target ring method is suitable for testing the resin impregnation rate of fiber assemblies that change from opaque to transparent after resin impregnation,but not suitable for testing the resin impregnation rate of fiber assemblies that remain transparent after resin impregnation.The article proposes an improved non transparent fiber resin penetration rate testing method based on the target ring method-the target disk tracing method.The research results indicate that the target disk tracing method has the characteristics of simple testing method and stable results when testing the resin penetration rate of non transparent fiber assemblies.
