摘  要:随着科学技术的不断发展,各种先进的技术被应用于材料研发领域,其中,在聚酯切片合成过程中应用阻燃剂不仅能够保证聚酯切片的质量,同时还能使其具备良好的阻燃性能。为此,本文首先阐述聚酯切片的概念和生产工艺,然后分析共聚型阻燃聚酯和磷系阻燃剂的特点,最后通过试验的方式,研究阻燃改性聚酯合成工艺和性能,研究结果表明,本文所提出的合成工艺,可以得到品质良好的阻燃聚酯切片,为相关行业提供借鉴。With the continuous development of science and technology,various advanced technologies have been applied in the field of material research and development.Among them,the application of flame retardants in the synthesis process of polyester chips can not only ensure the quality of polyester chips,but also make them have good flame retardant performance.Therefore,this article first elaborates on the concept and production process of polyester chips,then analyzes the characteristics of copolymerized flame retardant polyester and phosphorus flame retardants,and finally studies the synthesis process and performance of flame retardant modified polyester through experiments.The research results show that the proposed synthesis process can obtain high-quality flame retardant polyester chips,providing reference for related industries.
