浅谈烟气脱硫(FCC)废水对含盐污水提标装置的影响及措施

摘　　要：炼油产品结构调整及油品质量升级改造后,因原有污水处理装置已满负荷运行,不能处理本项目新增污水,故新建含盐污水提标装置,用于接收改造后装置产生的污水,经过处理后达标排放。而污水排放口环保指标要求严格,作业部装置车间需确保新建装置运行稳定、出水水质合格。本文重点介绍烟气脱硫废水对含盐污水提标装置的影响,以及采取的应对措施。After the structural adjustment of refining products and the upgrading and renovation of oil quality,the o-riginal sewage treatment device has been fully operational and cannot handle the newly added sewage in this pro-ject.Therefore,a new saline sewage standard lifting device has been built to receive the sewage generated by the renovated device,and after treatment,it meets the standard for discharge.The environmental indicators for sewage discharge outlets are strictly required,and the operating departments equipment workshop needs to ensure the sta-ble operation of the newly built equipment and the qualified effluent quality.This article focuses on the impact of flue gas desulfurization wastewater on the standard lifting device for saline wastewater,as well as the measures taken to address it.
