摘　　要：随着全球环保意识的不断提升,环保型橡胶工艺技术在化工制造领域的应用正逐步受到重视。本文首先概括了环保型橡胶工艺技术的创新要素,涵盖了原料的精选、生产流程中的环保策略以及产品性能的持续优化。随后,文章深入剖析了该技术在化工生产中所遭遇的挑战,包括技术攻关的复杂性、研发成本的高昂、市场需求与推广的难题、环保法规与政策支持的不一致性以及产业链协同的障碍。针对这些挑战,文中提出了切实可行的解决策略和前瞻性的发展方向,旨在为环保型橡胶工艺技术的持续进步提供坚实的理论基础和实践指导。With the continuous improvement of global environmental awareness,the application of environmentally friendly rubber technology in the field of chemical manufacturing is gradually receiving attention.This article first summarizes the innovative elements of environmentally friendly rubber process technology,covering the selection of raw materials,environmental protection strategies in the production process,and continuous optimization of product performance.Subsequently,the article delves into the challenges faced by this technology in chemical production,including the complexity of technological breakthroughs,high research and development costs,difficulties in market demand and promotion,inconsistencies in environmental regulations and policy support,and obstacles to industrial chain collaboration.In response to these challenges,the article proposes practical and feasible solutions and for-ward-looking development directions,aiming to provide a solid theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the continuous progress of environmentally friendly rubber process technology.
