摘 要:近年来,随着电子智能设备的快速发展,我国近视眼患病数也呈上升趋势,进而促进了智能视力检测医疗器械的发展。目前,国外部分智能设备技术较为娴熟,部分设备已小范围应用于临床,且研究关注点集中于提升设备精度的方法上,但大部分设备仍待进一步临床研究验证;相较之,国内对于此方面的研究却起步较晚,多数研究在探讨某单一品种智能装置的设计问题。国内外的差距较大。鉴于智能视力检测设备的发展能为医院、诊所、学校及家庭等筛查提供广泛的应用前景,故有必要对其进行深度探讨。因此,本文中笔者就视力的分类、检测工具、原理及检测方法进行简单介绍,并汇总近10余年国内外智能视力检测设备的发展情况,分析此类设备替代人工视力检测的可行性,旨在为减轻人工检测视力的压力及其相关视力衍生品的研发提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development of electronic intelligent devices,the number of myopia diseases in China has also been on the rise,thus promoting the development of intelligent vision detection medical devices.At present,some foreign intelligent equipment technology is relatively skilled,and some equipment has been applied to the clinic in a small range,and the researches focus on the method of improving the accuracy of the equipment,but most of the equipment still needs to be further clinical research and verification.In comparison,domestic research on this aspect started relatively late,and most of them are for a single type of intelligent device.There is a big gap at home and abroad in the design aspects.Based on that the development of intelligent devices can provide a wide range of application prospects for screening in hospitals,clinics,schools,families,etc,thus it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions on this issue.Therefore,the classification,detection tools and principles and detection methods of vision were briefly introduced,and the development of intelligent vision detection equipment at home and abroad in the past 10 years were summarized and the feasibility of replacing artificial vision detection of this equipment was analyzed in this paper,aiming to reduce the pressure of artificial vision detection and lay the foundation for the development of other derived directions of vision.
