阑尾炎术后护理中多元化护理应用的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨阑尾炎术后护理中多元化护理的应用效果。方法本次研究对象为在我院接受阑尾炎手术治疗的患者,共计入组80例,所有患者就诊时间均在2021年5月至2023年3月。按照随机数字表法将80例患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组患者采取普外科基础护理方案,观察组采取多元化护理方案,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比和分析。结果①术后观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间和首次排气时间早于对照组(P<0.05)。②术后1 d两组患者的疼痛评分无差异(P>0.05),术后2 d和3 d观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。③术后,观察组患者中度和重度腹胀发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);术后3 d和术后5 d,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在阑尾炎术后护理中采取多元化护理可有效促进患者胃肠道功能的恢复,降低术后疼痛感,提高睡眠质量,护理满意度较高,临床应用效果较好。Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing in postoperative nursing of appendicitis.Methods The subjects of this study were patients who received surgical treatment for appendicitis in our hospital,a total of 80 cases were enrolled,and all patients saw a doctor from May 2021 to March 2023.According to the random number method,80 patients were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The control group took the basic nursing program of general surgery,and the observation group took the diversified nursing program.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results(1)The recovery time of bowel sound and thefirst exhaust time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no difference in pain scores between the two groups on thefirst day after surgery(P>0.05),and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the second and third days after surgery(P<0.05).(3)After operation,the incidence of moderate and severe abdominal distension in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);PSQI scores at 3 and 5 days after surgery in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The diversified nursing in the postoperative care of appendicitis can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce postoperative pain,improve sleep quality,nursing satisfaction is higher,and the clinical application effect is good.
