摘　　要：布比卡因脂质体是利用“储库泡沫”专利技术的一种长效局部麻药,利用多囊结构中囊泡不同的破裂时间,可延长囊泡内布比卡因的释放时间,达到72 h的镇痛时长。在低阿片类药物镇痛趋势下,2022年布比卡因脂质体正式在国内上市使用,未来将有更多的长效局部麻药将应用到临床工作中。然而,有研究对其长效性提出了质疑。本文总结了布比卡因脂质体的药理学特点,临床应用和对其争议性展开讨论,为临床工作使用提供参考。Bupivacaine liposome is a long-acting local anesthetic using the patented technology of"reservoir foam".Using the different rupture time of vesicles in the polycystic structure,the release time of bupivacaine in the vesicles can be extended to reach 72 hours of analgesia.Under the trend of less opioid analgesia,bupivacaine liposomes will be officially launched in China in 2022,and more long-acting local anesthetics will be applied to clinical work in the future.However,some studies have questioned its long-term effectiveness.In this paper,the pharmacologic characteristics,clinical application and controversy of bupivacaine liposomes were summarized to provide reference for clinical use.
