摘 要:目的探究在进行冠脉搭桥手术患者手术室转运交接过程中运用HFMEA构建的标准转运流程的价值。方法在2022年4月至2023年6月本院冠脉搭桥手术患者中选择76例为对象,按照Excel表随机均分对照组(38例,转运过程中开展常规护理支持)和观察组(38例,开展基于HFMEA构建的标准转运流程)。比较两组患者在手术室转运过程中意外事件发生率、转运环节用时以及风险性评分。结果观察组手术室转运中意外事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比两组转运前准备时间、转运时间、交接时间,观察组用时短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组转运前风险性评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组转运中、交接时风险性评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。对比转运期间医护满意度,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对冠脉搭桥手术患者手术室转运交接过程中开展基于HFMEA构建的标准转运流程,可以降低转运过程中意外事件发生率,缩短各环节用时,降低转运风险评分。Objective To explore the value of using HFMEA to construct a standard transport process during the transfer and handover of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery in the operating room.Methods Seventy-six patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(38 cases,with routine nursing support during the transportation process)and an observation group(38 cases,with a standard transportation process based on HFMEA)according to an Excel table.Regarding the incidence of unexpected events,transportation time,and risk score during the transportation process in the operating room for two groups of patients.Results The incidence of unexpected events during the transportation of two groups of cases in the operating room was statistically analyzed,and the observation group had a lower incidence than the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the preparation time before transportation,transportation time,and handover time between the two groups,the observation group took shorter time than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in risk scores between the two groups before transportation(P>0.05),while the observation group had lower risk scores during transportation and handover compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of medical staff during the transportation period was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Implementing a standard transfer process based on HFMEA in the transfer and handover process of coronary artery bypass surgery patients in the operating room can reduce the incidence of unexpected events during the transfer process,shorten the time of each link,and lower the transfer risk score.
