达格列净、沙格列汀分别联用二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢的影响

摘　　要：目的针对当前临床2型糖尿病患者在接受临床治疗过程中,采取达格列净、沙格列汀分别联用二甲双胍进行治疗对患者糖脂代谢的影响进行评估和分析。方法筛选本中心在2022年7月至2023年7月期间收治的500例2型糖尿病患者,按照一般抽样分组的方式均分成达格列净组、沙格列汀组,分别采取达格列净联用二甲双胍治疗方案,沙格列汀联合二甲双胍方案,针对两组患者在经过用药治疗3个月后的患者空腹血糖和血脂水平进行评估和分析。结果治疗3个月后患者的空腹血糖水平以及血脂水平均呈现出相应程度的降低,和治疗前的结果比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。横向对比方面,达格列净组的患者在空腹血糖以及血脂水平控制上有更为突出的表现(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取达格列净、沙格列汀分别联用二甲双胍均能够较好地降低2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖和血脂水平,但采取达格列净联用二甲双胍有更为突出的综合治疗效果,所以针对2型糖尿病患者建议推广达格列净联用二甲双胍治疗方案。Objective To evaluate and analyze the effect of dapagliflozin and saxagliptin combined with metformin on glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes during clinical treatment.Methods A total of 500 patients with diabetes admitted to our center from July 2022 to July 2023 were screened and divided into dapagliflozin group and saxagliptin group according to the general sampling method,which were treated with dapagliflozin combined with metformin or saxagliptin combined with metformin respectively.The fasting blood glucose and lipid levels of the patients in the two groups were evaluated and analyzed after three months of drug treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the fasting blood glucose level and blood lipid level of the patients showed a corresponding degree of decrease,and there was a significant difference compared with the result before treatment(P<0.05).In the horizontal comparison,the patients in dapagliflozin group had more outstanding performance in the control of fasting blood glucose and lipid levels(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Both dapagliflozin and saxagliptin combined with metformin can effectively reduce fasting blood glucose and lipid levels in patients with type 2 diabetes,but dapagliflozin combined with metformin has a more prominent comprehensive therapeutic effect,so it is recommended to promote dapagliflozin combined with metformin therapy for patients with type 2 diabetes.
